A whole school approach to the Let Me Learn Process was adopted in some primary schools. This is a process whereby educators within the school receive awareness and training in the Let Me Learn process during curriculum time slots. During these sessions we encourage a constructivist approach where we build upon the present knowledge of teachers through meaningful exploration. We also encourage the use of reflective practice where educators are encouraged to examine and assess their own practice. The whole school approach also involves a number of in-class sessions. These vary according the age and the needs of the students. Therefore, whereas younger students benefit from getting to know themselves as learners, students in the junior years can also be taught specific skills. For instance, students can explore ways of how to make use of certain study skills depending on their preferred way of learning.
